1. Who we are
Reeclipse.com is run by Ophir Commerce Systems Limited, company number 79477404, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. Our full contact details are at the bottom of this page. These Terms of Service apply to everyone who uses our website or buys from us.
2. Age and accounts
To place an order you must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You do not need to create an account to shop with us.
3. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. We may withdraw a product or limit the quantity you can buy at any time.
4. Orders and the contract
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when we cannot verify a payment or a product is no longer available. If that happens, we let you know by email and refund the full amount. Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale.
5. Prices
The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Promotions may have their own terms. If a price or description contains an obvious error, we will correct it, and we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Cancellations and returns
Your right to cancel and our 30 day returns are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, email support@reeclipse.com with your order number and photos of the problem. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
10. Reviews and content you share
If you send us a review, photo or other content, you allow us to publish it on our website and channels. You must not post anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes the rights of others.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use our website for fraud, to spread viruses or harmful code, or to copy or automatically collect our content. If you break these rules, we may block your access.
12. Intellectual property
The content of our website is protected. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
13. Third party tools and links
Our website may include tools or links from other companies. We are not responsible for their websites or services.
14. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your contract of sale is with us, not with Shopify.
15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not set out in these terms and limit our liability for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Ending the agreement
If you break these terms, we may end our agreement with you. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, remain in force afterwards.
17. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains valid. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between us. You may not transfer your rights under them to anyone else without our consent. Headings are for convenience only.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, where our company is registered. This does not remove the protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can always bring a claim in the courts of your own country. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first and we will work with you to find a solution.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service. The current version is always on this page, and changes apply only to orders placed after the new version is published.
